Austral A Speculative Fiction Anthology

AUSTRAL is a print collection of Melbourne’s best new speculative fiction written by emerging authors, all of whom are members of the not-for-profit writing collective Meridian Australis. From hardboiled cyberpunk to queer fantasy, AUSTRAL showcases eight original stories that run the breadth of speculative fiction's genre and form. This book is for fans of fantasy, sci-fi, horror and magical realism, though fans of Australian literature, poetry, and queer and climate fiction will also find a lot to love. AUSTRAL includes stories told by neurodiverse and LGBTQI+ individuals, with an emphasis on using an Australian voice to shape speculative fiction narratives.
