An ode to my teenage-hood and the evolution of my writing, 'memoirs from the moon' is a confessional, coming-of-age anthology which depicts themes of queer love, existentialism and trauma. An accumulation of five years of work, this collection is the result of my findings of catharsis in writing during my formative years. The poems selected have been arranged in three sections to document my personal stories of the relationships that helped to shape me, my long-term battle with mental illness and ultimately, my journeys to self-discovery.
