He's heard it all before, 'One day, Tommy, you'll rule the World, ' He shrugs it off.
Aided and abetted by his twin sister, Tommy gets on with growing up, and quite stupidly plays an innocent prank on the humans.
But, as their civilisation faces growing threats from climate change, invasive immigrants and the Roman navvies, their innocent prank turns sour.
Can the tribe survive the nightmare?
This is the story of a civilisation of leprechauns which had lived idyllically for hundreds of years near the foothills of the Mourne Mountains, but things were changing. Some changes move slowly and can be managed, such as the ever-increasing rainfall, the effects of the Roman's road-building on Great Britain, and the invasion of lifeforms from around the globe. However, other changes are less predictable and strike life a tempest, and they are the changes which create nightmares.
A satirical study of mythical life, or is it historical life?
