Lumin

In Lumin, the poetry of Elijah Bean & Rhys Campbell converses with each other & sheds a particular light on two distinct poetic voices. The book's concept, borne out of weekly rendezvous on Sundays, beginning with the sunrise at Astwood Park & culminating in the physical form of this book, frames the poems contained between the covers with a mystical wonder. Bean & Campbell peer into the nature of the Self through the lens of the natural world & what they see is both lightness & darkness. Heaven on earth & arcane scenes from other dimensions are exposed under the light of their words where "...illusions of parallax" allow the reader to "...experience the joys of innocence/As a kid going out to play".
