Shell Shock

Jack was a normal Canadian man when the First World War broke out. He signed up for the war, and went over to the Front. Little did he know that his life would forever change. He would meet two lovers, one forbidden and one illegal. Through his memoire, Jack tells the story of his time on the Western Front and the time he spent sending men to the slaughter. From leading men into battle to battling over the politics of the peace treaty, Jack struggles with the trauma of the Great War.
