While investigating a double homicide of a mother and daughter, a connection to the death of a 101-year-old former SS- Lieutenant, leads FBI agent Jeannie Loomis and her team into a search of a mythical train - a Phantom Train- containing Hitler's gold.

As World War II was drawing towards an end, the Nazis constructed a series of underground tunnels. There are many theories about the real purpose of those tunnels ranging from them being one of Hitler's many bunkers, secret arms manufacturing on the lines of the V-2 rocket, or a safe place for the remaining Nazi hierarchy to wait out the war.

Most believe its purpose was to hide a heavily armored gold-laden train, a phantom train, whose spoils would be used to start a new Fourth Reich. The investigation finds a hidden room in the SS-officers residence containing a diary, written in code, which will lead the FBI eventually to a mountain in Austria.

Working with two Mossad agents, the FBI learns of The Organization, an international group of modern-day Nazis attempting to find the train first. Their attempt resulted in a deadly shootout with the FBI and two Mossad agents.

After combating The Organization as well as a mole inside the Bureau, Jeannie travels to Austria and finds the phantom train only to discover a second mole. With the aid of a Mossad assault team, the train is secured.
