Cinderella

A take on Cinderella from an African American and minority perspective. When Cinderella’s father is murdered by her evil stepmother, she must use her wit and etiquette to return to her people. Most people say, Black lives matter, but no one does much to protect the lives of black people and children. That is where this book comes in. Children’s stories are supposed to teach readers lessons so they may move with wisdom. Therefore, Lamech has chosen this genre to about their society, their reality, and the world they live in. Lamech Israel’s Cinderella was written to teach young Black and African-American girls and women what actions they should take to get the results they want and what they must do to show themselves as special and royal.
