The publication of this volume on July 13, 2021 (4 Av 5781), offered as part of the launch of a yearlong celebration of a "Shenas Gevurah," is a literary gift presented on the occasion of the 80th birthday of Rav Hershel Schachter, shlita, a devoted disciple of Rav Soloveitchik, and Rosh Yeshiva of the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary, where he serves for the past half-century as the Rosh Kollel of RIETS' Marcos and Adina Katz Kollel.
