William Leutz began to write poetry while he was living in Europe from 1978-1987. HIs first book, What Do You See: Poems of Perception, presented poetry based on a collection of thoughts drawn from modern and ancient metaphysical writers. This new book is broader in scope, and expresses aspects of his love of history, mythology, travel, nature, and literature. Sections of the book present personal memories, consideration of the cyclic nature of existence, and mythological ideas from different cultures and a brief reprise of some of the ideas explored in the earlier book.
