The author Savannah Kennedy was born in South Carolina and moved to Brooklyn as a young child. Her strong goals and the need to help others always guided her decisions as she embarked upon careers in the teaching, medical, and insurance industries. She is an active member of her church and currently resides in South Carolina with her husband, their dog, and a cat.
