The most stringent environmental protocols humanity can design are the homeostasis requirements for a Martian biosphere in the pyramid project. David P. Sarmiento is a master diver from the Ocean Corporation’s Ultimate Diver Training (UDT) course in Houston, Texas. He has traveled across the United States while laboring in different diving operations, including underwater mining in the Bering Sea. He participated in physiological research for bioastronautics at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. He has also received training at the Johnson Space Center to overcome physical atrophy like astronauts experience after returning to Earth. He is developing new engineering processes for utility plants to generate electrical energy and is launching a space tourism company called Universal Space Exploration. Mr. Sarmiento has diversified business endeavors from corporate banking to patents, and entertainment having a desire to eventually run for public office. He currently lives in Austin, Texas, and Los Angeles, California, where he telecommutes for business.
