Bullying is a major problem that children face. My desire is to help children

find the courage to create ways to stand up to bullies and to develop confidence

in themselves.

Mindfulness Meditation is one way to develop the self-confidence and the

creative thinking necessary to find ways of positive action. It helps develop

our inner strength and gives us access to our ‘inner guides.’

The intention of this book is to provide a platform for awareness and dialogue

on the subject of bullying and to provide a coping tool for life’s challenges.

The purpose of this book is to foster positive change that can empower children

and adults to deal with bullying and other adversities in their lives.
