Ten-year-old Sassy Mae has had it with the kids at her school and all the awful things they say about her: You’re a tomboy and a bully, with a nasty attitude! But she’s no bully, just an average, laid-back girl who doesn’t take any crap.

See, there’s a new kid at school, and Mae just wants to make a good first impression. But there’s a problem-her classmate, Johnathon, keeps getting in the way. After a horrible run in with Johnathon, Mae tries to fix things her way, which only makes matters worse when he blackmails her!
