The Accidental Animal Cop

She had a new degree in Computer Science, a long-term boyfriend and an entire shiny, bright future ahead of her.

And none of her plans for the future included emus, chickens, dogs or turkeys.

But even the best laid plans can go awry.

After her boyfriend dumps her abruptly, Rachel moves back home to Brownville and agrees to be the town's Animal Control Officer, but only temporarily. Just until she can find a 'real' job.

She's no sooner back home when things begin to get a bit strange.

With a series of dog disappearances, a mysterious white creature in the woods and a strange man in town, Rachel finds herself smack in the middle of a mystery.

She starts hunting for the truth and finds herself along the way.
