Holy Ground

Have you been yearning to see God move in supernatural ways? Does God even do that today? Signs and wonders are seen throughout the Bible. Holy Ground: Have You Been There? briefly describes twenty-one such occasions in which the Lord or His messengers showed up supernaturally for the benefit of people demonstrating power and concern for His own. This book also includes nineteen true stories of modern-day people known by the author. Many of these are portrayed in the person's own words and are holy encounters where the individuals find themselves on holy ground in life-changing experiences. Telling about things the Lord has done in our lives encourages others and we ourselves are built up. "I will remember the works of the LORD; Surely I will remember Your wonders of old. I will also meditate on all Your work, And talk of Your deeds" (Psalm 77:11-12). Sharing testimonies of the works of God is faith building and helps us overcome temptation and tricks of the devil. "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony" (Revelation 12:11 KJV). The God of the Bible is the same God we put our trust in and worship today. "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever" (Hebrews 13:8). We can be encouraged by the testimonies in this book and may wish to ask the Lord to make Himself real to us in ways we've not experienced before. "For with God nothing is impossible" (Luke 1:37).
