Ditchfield is the most notorious juvenile detention center in Maryland, so when a young man escapes, the city of Baltimore goes on high alert. His name is Charlie. He has an uncertain agenda and a dark past, and both involve Gordon Pope.

Gordon Pope wants nothing more than to marry the love of his life. He’s pretty sure Dana Frisco would say yes, but it looks like the world has other ideas.
