On the night of his birthday, sixteen-year-old Dylan Harmon discovers he has pyrokinetic abilities when he accidentally throws a fireball across his bedroom in a fit of anger. As far as he knows, he’s the only person in the world with these powers, and he knows he must keep it a secret.

Two years later, with a stint at a volunteer firefighter academy under his belt to hide his love of arson, Dylan has his powers more under control. The only person who knows what he can do is his best friend Cap. But as his powers continue to grow stronger, Dylan struggles to keep the world from finding out what he can do.
