It combines mindfulness with social and emotional learning (SEL) so that you can remain aware and regulated within any situation, anytime, anywhere.

This highly interactive book is written in the form of an SEL lesson sequence to introduce your HEART’s superpower. Connected Teacher’s Guide, activities, teaching tools, scenarios, resources, and coaching are available on the author’s website located within the book. A special heart symbol is used throughout the book to guide teachers, specialists, and families when to use supplemental resources located on the website.
