Moloch’s Garden

The League had given Eamon Tauk a cause to die for, but it was a woman who had given him a reason to live. He was going to desert the Corps for her. They were supposed to flee to some distant corner of the known galaxy and spend the rest of their days together. Then a Narman insurgent murdered her in front of his very eyes.

With his beloved now gone, Tauk is freshly committed to his mission. He will help the Corps cleanse Kanaris of hostile forces - just so long as he can avenge his loss in the process.

As Tauk's Marines and their Narman enemies become entangled in a war of ever-escalating cruelty, it is not long before Eamon is left questioning whether he is the hero or the villain in this conflict. Unfortunately, his superiors are wondering the same thing and doubting his commitment to the cause. By the time Tauk realizes some of his commanders want to take his life as badly as his adversaries do, he has half a mind to give it to them. But not without taking as many of them with him as he can.
