The Return is the first book from the trilogy Odara’s Rise. It is a sci-fi/afro-futurism series that introduces Odara, an African American female superhero. Odara is a warrior from the spirit realm who assumes a physical body to carry out her assignments from the Sacred Council, to fight for the greater good of the universe. Odara was created from fire, she utilizes time travel, telekinesis, orbs and spells amongst other gifts and powers to carry out her assignments in an effort to restore balance and harmony to the universe.
