Mindset of Murder

Early on in Sean Neumann’s military investigative career, Major Flynn Taggart was convicted for the murder of another officer’s wife. Twenty years later, Taggart shows up in Bekbourg County, Ohio, where Sean is sheriff, asking for help to clear his name.
