The Bondage of Power

This work concludes the author's Trilogy on Trust which examined the "Masters of Suspicion" (Freud, Marx, & Nietzsche). In this work the Nietzschean ideology of power is viewed as knots which have bound humanity to an inhumane existence. The author offers the virtue of hope as a corrective to the this bondage and a source for trust. This work The Bondage of Power: Learning to Hope, also offers an Epilogue to all three works including, The Tyranny of Perfection: Finding True Pleasure and The Want of Wealth: Discovering Real Worth.
