A collection of recipes gathered and created by Linda Carr, an American cook and professional baker. Generations of familial knowledge and experience passed down and culminating in Linda’s love of cooking for friends and family.

The main reason I started this cookbook 10 years ago, was to put down in writing my favorite
recipes all in the same place. Now when I want to find a certain recipe, I don’t have to look in
300 cookbooks, I just go to one book, because my memory isn’t what it used to be. When I want
to take a walk down memory lane or get inspired for, ‘What’s for dinner, ’ I now just open, ‘MY
COOKBOOK.’ I also wanted a legacy for my children and grandchildren. I only have three
grandsons at the time of this printing, but they all love to cook and it’s a great pleasure to help
them learn. Because if they know how to cook they will never go hungry, no matter what the
ingredients are.
