Calm Before the Test

Calm Before the Test leads students through yoga and movement poses specifically designed to relieve test anxiety and promote a positive state of well-being.Students follow the story of Dog as he nervously anticipates a Big Test. In an attempt to leave his yucky feelings behind, Dog takes a walk along the countryside, where he encounters other animal friends and explores their movements. After his adventure, Dog feels strong, peaceful, and calm, as will the students who follow his lead
