A Twist in Fate

Caught between two identities, and left to roam an unusual and imperiled world, young Sarah must throw off the mantle of her ordinary past and embrace the duties–and dangers–of a princess. For anything can happen in the world of Nihon–and often does. Left at the mercy of a race of mutant creatures that scour the land murdering humans, Nihon turns to its last hope for peace–their rightful princess. The only problem is, Sarah has no idea of her hidden identity and now finds the heavy weight of this strange world on her shoulders. Hidden away in a small band of demon mercenaries, Sarah sets out to explore not just the physical landscape of her homeland but the powerful princess hiding inside. In her pursuit to pull Nihon back from the brink, Sarah must battle through demons, assassins, untrustworthy allies, and undue sparks of young love. Can Sarah be the princess her people need? Or will she crumble under the weight of her destiny?
