Centering on the creation and lethal destruction of an orbital infrastructure built around planet Earth, Milian Sieglund-an alien architect tasked with building a moon for a wealthy recluse-contends with displacement, identity and the concept of home. MANTIS GREEN is an intimate allegorical science fiction story, told by a series of characters, whose narratives often read as memoirs. It explores privilege, xenophobia, environmental responsibility, and isolation.
