But there is one perfect culture, the culture of God’s kingdom. When we follow Jesus and walk together with him, we’re going to walk as he walked and experience a new culture.The Sermon on the Mount contains Jesus’ most extensive teaching on kingdom culture. It’s a radical message that goes directly against our secular culture - and popular church culture. Jesus contrasts the true disciple with the unbeliever and the religious person. We’ll see a huge contrast with the world around us - but also with many Christians.
