Daisy lives in an old fashioned town square with all of her other dog friends . The people that live around the town square take care of the dogs. The dogs wear little tags that say feed me to show that they belong to the square and the square belongs to them. The story progresses through the week with each day of the week providing a special visitor to Daisy. The people Daisy meets are all very nice, they all love Daisy and would like her to come live with them. Using the perception of through a dog’s nose as well as humor she is able to identify with each person. When all is said and done Daisy loves living in the park with her friends, loves her people friends, and knows that there is no place like home and no place she would rather be.
