Racquel Ricketts-Lee is a trained educator with over eleven years teaching experience in Cosmetology. She has been working in the beauty industry for over seventeen years. Racquel serves as the youth pastor at Kingdom Builders Open Bible Church in Jamaica, and studies Biblical and Pastoral Studies at the College of Theological and Interdisciplinary Studies (CTIS). Racquel has a passion for broken women but more so young girls. Her work within the beauty industry has afforded her the opportunity to minister and pour into these young lives. Whether working on set for a television series, a photoshoot or a runway show, her ministry expands beyond the four walls of the Church.
