The Sweet Science

The term Sweet Science was coined many years ago in the boxing community. One can say it speaks to the sport’s fierce and tactical nature of figuring out your opponent’s next move and in turn being able to counter with your move, in order to score. The sport of boxing teaches focus and dedication thus requiring knowledge of the sweet science to become great at the sport. In this story, Uncle Herbal uses the Sweet Science to teach Carter and his cousin Khiri valuable lessons through the sport of boxing.
