May's humdrum life is flung into hyperdrive when she's abducted, but not all aliens are out to probe her. She's inadvertently rescued by Xan, an "I Love Lucy" obsessed alien with a rocket ship. Unfortunately for Xan, May discovers that rocket racing is a quick, if life-threatening, way to make a living off Earth. Unfortunately for both of them, a Chaos god possessing Xan's ex-lover decides it's high time this whole "existence of reality" business was over and done with. The Audacity is the only rocket fast enough to stop her, but May's no hero, and, frankly, reality never did her any favors. Is literally (yes, literally) everything doomed?
