Being a Leader

In some capacity, each of us is called to lead.Whether at home, at work, in your community, or your church-are you leading well?

Admittedly, some people are wired or motivated to lead more than others, but good, practical leadership practices can and should be learned and applied by anyone. The key is learning to lead by example and use your God-given responsibility to encourage, teach, and shepherd others (and not to micro-manage them).

In this study, you will learn that leadership is not reserved for a special few, and how you can start leading from where you are, in your current circumstances. You’ll discover biblical and modern-day examples of leadership–both good and bad–and how to model your own leadership after Jesus Christ.

Accept the call of leadership on your life and begin leading from a place of humility and integrity. It’s time to step up!
