THE LIST is a cozy mystery set in a small New Hampshire town named Springsbury.

After serving his hitch in the Marines, Jackson Hill thinks college life will be a breeze. All that changes when he discovers a dead body on campus. The police believe the deceased, a student named Emily Hamilton, was the victim of a serial killer. However, Jill Thomas, Emily’s best friend, suspects another motive for the murder.

Jack doesn’t put much stock in the pint-sized Sherlock’s theories until Jill reveals that she found a list on Emily’s body, which may point to the murderer’s true identity. Ignoring his protests, Jill claims Jack as her own personal Dr. Watson, dragging him along on her investigation.

Following the clues on the list, Jack and Jill uncover a number of secrets. But are these secrets worth killing for? Through it all, Jack is dealing with secrets of his own, memories from his past have resurfaced to haunt him. Can the two of them get to the bottom of Emily’s murder before tragedy strikes again?
