The Canines of Lupus are not safe! First Commissioner Markhab of the Human military government is poised to unite by force the remaining free Humans of Lupus. But before he can attack the Canines, he needs an ancient weapon from the forbidden planet Earth. As Markhab puts his plans into play, the rebel Human, Cornelius, with his deadly companion Naemi, join other free forces to thwart the dictator. And away from Lupus, the distant Felines embark on their own plans for supremacy. Little do any of them know that they are pawns of an even more powerful adversary.
