Faith-based religion defaults to ancient script. Whether it’s the Bible, the Tibetan Book of the Dead, the Qur'an, the Tanakh, the Talmud, and so on, there is the common theme that one should believe what has been written based on faith. Today, faith is being eroded by our universities, scientific discoveries about the Universe, quantum physics, and the idea that the Universe sprang from nothing. There are more atheists and agnostics today per capita than ever before. This may be because no evidence has scientifically linked the chasm between the material Universe and heaven.Ivanhoe Chaput presents mechanisms by which a non-physical existence complies with the laws of physics and yet supports the reality of God. From the physics of a multiverse to the law of probabilities, he outlines reasons why a heavenly existence can be misunderstood and provides a bridge between consciousness in a physical Universe and non-physical consciousness.
