Thou Shalt Do These Things: A Study of the Commands in the New Testament

Although we New Testament believers are not under the law, but are under God’s grace, yet we are the children of God our heavenly Father and the servants of the Lord our God. Thus we are to obey the authority of our heavenly Father and to serve under the authority of our divine Lord. Indeed, faithful obedience unto our Lord’s commands is Biblically important for abiding in Him, for loving Him, for walking in fellowship with Him, for walking in righteousness before Him, for walking in wisdom from Him, and for receiving blessing from Him. Yet how can we walk in faithful obedience unto our Lord’s commands if we do not even know what those commands are? So then, this book provides a study of the commands in the New Testament, which encompass over three hundred different commands for us to obey.
