Mirrors are very beneficial. Standing before a mirror is not new to you, I believe. We use the mirror because we want change. We want the mirror to show us our flaws: the part of our dressing that needs to be corrected, that unbuttoned shirt, uncombed hair, not-too-bright eyes etc. The mirror points to our flaws in order for us to take care of it.
