According to the Joseph Roundtree Foundation, homelessness has increased steadily over the years. Homelessness, that disgusting state of affairs that exists in this country and indeed in the whole of the world today. We might not have any influence on the world, but perhaps we can contribute something positive to this problem in the United Kingdom. In this little book, I aim to observe and analyse the issues surrounding homelessness and report the results that my investigations have unearthed and even my thoughts and ideas for solutions. Unlike television and the printed and audio media, however, largely owned and controlled by establishment figures and that in keeping with politicians, don't answer the questions to which we want straight answers or talk gobbledygook, I aim to speak plainly and will frequently be quite controversial about what is and what is not being done to help the homeless in the towns and cities in the United Kingdom
