This book considers how 'grace' can be discovered throughout the Biblical witness to God, concentrating on the Divine covenants, Luke's Gospel narrative, and the movement of the Holy Spirit in Acts - showing how 'grace' is continually present throughout the world that God has created. 'Grace' is everywhere - it cannot be confined, it is irrepressible! God has always been on mission to share that 'grace' wherever people may be receptive to it. This is because God loves the earth and seeks its redemption. This book also reflects on those times when 'grace' may seem in doubt, perhaps when we are confronted with violence or suffering, and shows how a just and loving God continues to be present nonetheless. Jesus is the prime example of how this 'grace' becomes available in our neighbourhoods. And Jesus calls all his followers to bear this same 'grace' in their daily lives towards the purposes of the Kingdom of God. This will entail engaging in our community to tackle all forms of oppression and injustice. In summary, the reader will learn how the best responses to 'grace' are acceptance, appreciation and activation.
