My name is Frank Ashton and I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I was a high school art teacher for 33 years. I love painting (especially Impressionism) and traveling with my wife. Another love of mine is cooking. Over the years between family meals, holiday celebrations, charitable holiday meal events and my restaurant 'passion project', I have cooked for over 20,000 people. Whether it was a Sunday meal at the kitchen table or a Thanksgiving feast for 500 at our local parish, the passion I have for preparing food along with the recipes I learned from my family over the years have served me well.
