Kingdom of the Sun describes Peggy's journey from the far north to New Mexico seeking warmer weather. The journey south opens up new adventures in faith as she and Wally find new friends in a desert environment. Everyone seemed to have a pet at the Kingdom of the Sun Retirement Complex so more animal stories are in store. Since we don't have to shovel snow there is lots of time to enjoy learning about the high desert, and the local Duck Races which they say are world famous.
