The deeper your Salaah, the deeper the impact it will have on your life outside it. In this book we will take a journey of reflection and meaning after which our Salaah will become one that helps us leave sins; makes us the best version of ourselves; and one that is truly pleasing to Allah the Exalted. My Inspiration for the Book I heard one of my teachers mention whilst teaching us the Sayyidul Istighfar that: "We learnt in madrasah 'astaghfirullah' and 20 years later we are still saying astaghfirullah - the same one. We need to upgrade our istighfaar, upgrade your tasbeeh of Allah, upgrade everything day by day, even your duaas to gain nearness to Allah subhaanahu wa ta'aalaa." It was this that made me question myself: have I been praying Salaah the same way as when I did in madrasah? I needed to upgrade my Salaah. I used many tafaaseer like Tafseer ibn Katheer, Tafseer Baghawi, Tafseer Qurtubi, Tafseer Maajidi, ahaadeeth, commentaries and words of wisdom by my teachers to get a deeper meaning of what is recited in Salaah. I compiled it into a book so that others can also upgrade their Salaah.
