Dativa Cay Del Rosario, Ed. D A retired school administrator, and currently the President of Power of Three Consultancy, a tax and accounting firm in Fairfield, California, Dr. Dativa (Dettie) Cay Del Rosario is a native of Banalo, Lobo, Batangas. She retired from Peralta Community College District, Oakland, California, as Director of Business and Administrative Services in 2018, after 22 years of working within higher education. She is an alumnus of Lobo Institute, Lobo, Batangas. She graduated from St. Bridget’s College, Batangas City, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting and a Master in Business Administration from Ateneo De Manila University, Philippines. While in USA, she finished two masters in business administration; Management, and Accounting and Finance from American Intercontinental University, San Francisco, California. In 2012, she realized her long-time dream of becoming a doctor when she completed and was conferred the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, Alameda, California. She married Rosauro Del Rosario, Jr. (1956-2007) and has two daughters, Jeanne Marie and Catherine, and three grandchildren, Jillian, Kayleigh, and Mason. They all live in California. She believes that her PHI keys (Professionalism, Honesty and Integrity), when powered with strong faith and trust in God, leads everyone to success, and only when we abide by His grace can His purpose be fulfilled in our lives.
