The plan was going well but they needed to eliminate a small meddling group of ex-military operatives, led by Colonel Wine, and find the president's daughter, somewhere in central Africa. The elimination attempt wasn't completely successful and Wade Ross (Wine's friend) became involved. Not accepting his capabilities was their second mistake.
