Pastors Do Not Retire (! …, ?)

The topic of Pastors' retirement is a topic that is often avoided in congregations of believers. Sometimes people are afraid to ask or advise a Clergy to Retire, because it is believed that they are o ending a spiritual leader.

Although the issue of retirement or retirement of religious leaders is delicate, I understand that both Laity and Pastors need to know the beauty of the process. This begins from the moment God calls us to work full-time in Laboral Ministry, until the moment he calls us to full-time Service Ministry.

My prayer is that Readers, through this book, receive a range of knowledge and blessings that contribute to their peace and joy as they celebrate this great gift of Retirement.
