She takes the readers through her journey of self-care steps and recovery from abuse and post traumatic stress. Her hope through this publishing is to inspire women to recognize and release themselves from their cycles, provide information that defines abuse, and offers safety suggestions as well as help for ultimate self and professional recovery.
