Unhappy with her job and lack of social life, Journalist/photographer Lucie Justis decides to accept her mother’s offer to move to Port St. Lucie, FL. Little does she know that the man who broke her heart 15 years ago, has moved right next door to her mom, with his husband-to-be. Some of the rest of the neighbors are eccentric, if not certifiable, and the man across the street, who traps cats, may have murdered his wife.
