From a dealer in classic motorcycles in the town of Manduria in the south of Italy, the Brio travels in a shipping container along with tinned tomatoes, to eventually arrive in Brisbane, Australia.

Gary L. Edgar has lived most of his life in Brisbane, Australia. The former freelance copywriter is now retired and enjoys his passion of restoring old motorcycles and scooters. The restoration had been serialized over the years in various motorcycle club magazines, but the reactions of the general public on the streets, in cafes, and at bike shows prompted me to commit the Brio’s story to a book.
