David L. Tackett was raised in Atkins, Arkansas, a small town he still calls home. After a stint in the Marine Corps and college at the University of Central Arkansas located in Conway, this first-time author entered the insurance profession. He now lives in Hot Springs with his wife Patty. Having worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years, I have seen many things that were fraud.
