Mike Wright passed on November 25, 2019. His scholarship, contributions and academic leadership spanned a plethora of scholarly disciplines and research fields, ranging from entrepreneurship to finance, management, economics, and international business. Among his many scholarly accomplishments, aside for defining multiple areas within entrepreneurship, Mike served as Editor of this journal, Foundations and Trends in Entrepreneurship, and was an elected member of the 21st Century Entrepreneurship Research Fellows.
